A leading hedge fund in New York is seeking an experienced Capital Formation Associate/VP to expand its investor base. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of capital raising experience, strong interpersonal skills, and an established network across UHNW and institutional investors. This role includes developing strategic fundraising plans and representing the fund at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital raising, preferably within hedge funds.
• Demonstrated ability to raise capital independently.
• Strong knowledge of hedge fund landscape.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement fundraising plans with senior leadership.
• Market the fund to new investors.
• Maintain relationships with existing investors.
• Represent the fund at industry events.
• Collaborate on marketing materials and performance updates.
• Manage the investor pipeline and fundraising KPIs.
