Blue Origin, a leader in space technology, is seeking a Capital Business Partner to drive financial optimization across multiple factories. You will develop production strategies, perform ROI analyses, and provide actionable insights using AI tools to improve transparency and decision-making.

You will support end-of-month cycles, consolidate reports for Operations and Finance Leadership, and partner with leaders to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities, enabling safe, scalable space

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other highly analytical field.
• 5+ years of financial and business analytics experience.
• Ability to develop Return on Investment and perform sensitivity analysis across multiple scenarios.
• Strong analytical skill set and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Excel Power Query/Power Pivot and SQL.
• Experience helping leaders meet financial targets and deliver results.
• Understanding of underlying business processes and financial decision impact.
• Strong skills in running meetings and executive presentations.
• U.S. citizen/national or eligible to work in the U.S.

• Data mining across datasets; Databricks; SQL.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership.
• Identify financial risks & opportunities and assist with recovery plans.
• Analyze and report variances to budget and forecast.
