Job summary

ITW, via North Star Imaging (NSI), seeks a Project Manager to lead capital equipment projects in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate across departments, manage scope and budget, and communicate with customers on build status from Rogers, MN site.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years PM experience, an associate degree, and strong skills in planning, budgeting and cross-functional leadership. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or capital equipment.
• (Associate degree) in business or project management.
• Knowledge of PM best practices and ability to lead multifunctional teams.
• Strong planning, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Teams, and Acrobat Pro.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Interface with all departments to ensure on-time delivery, scope, budget and quality.
• Review contracts to validate scope and protect business interests.
• Prioritize tasks to optimize schedule, resources and quality.
• Lead meetings to communicate status and mitigate risks.
• Interface with customers for accurate status updates and installation.
• Monitor progress and provide support as needed.
• Ensure deliverables are finalized within budget and on time.
