Job summary

Riggs Distler is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Capital Construction Projects, including cost, schedule, and multi-discipline staffing. Salary range is $85,000 to $165,000; final compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include healthcare, 401k, PTO and more. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Business or related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong planning, budgeting, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or similar field; will consider equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in multi-discipline project management
• Strong ability in planning, analysis, project management, and processes; excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent MS Office and construction management software skills; Primavera experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to mentor, lead, and train others
• Strong customer focus; able to handle multiple projects with accuracy; leadership and negotiating skills

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, including procurement, capital expenditures, equipment, billing and receivables, labor coordination
• Coordinate with the project controls group for earned value, productivity and schedule updates
• Interface with RDC leaders to maintain structure, efficiency
• Serve as main contact for customers on Capital Projects
