Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training, engineering or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in maintenance or construction management within an industrial setting.
• Proven track record of delivering results through program development, leadership of teams, and/or through direct reports.
• Demonstrated ability to be effective in a matrixed organization and excellent service to internal customers.
• Knowledge of chemical manufacturing maintenance systems and techniques as well as knowledge of maintenance excellence practices.
• Self-starter, ability to independently identify improvement opportunities and act with limited direction.
• Asbestos Licensure (preferred).

Working closely with contractors, construction teams, and plant leadership, you'll oversee projects in the field, ensuring safe execution, quality workmanship, schedule adherence, and cost control. This is a highly visible role for a hands-on construction leader who thrives on driving projects from mobilization through completion, resolving field challenges, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering tangible results. Your leadership will help modernize facilities, improve operational reliability, and ensure critical projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
