Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Williston, ND seeks a reliable technician to perform capillary cable testing, spooling, and routine checks under supervision. You will administer testing procedures to ensure compliance with SOPs, safely spool capillary tubing, and assist with loading/unloading spools onto racks and transportation vehicles.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and basic reading/writing in English.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record for vehicle operators.
• 3-4 years’ artificial lift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence as required.
• Ability to perform basic math in all units.
• Basic hand tool proficiency.
• Basic computer skills to operate test equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Combination of above qualifications will be considered.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOP’s.
• Safely spools capillary tubing.
• Assists with loading/unloading capillary spools equipment on to racks and transportation vehicles.
• Maintain work area, tools and fixtures to ensure there are no hazard to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled.
• Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles.

Requirements

EHS REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals
• Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals
• Complete, and actively participate in all of the company's EHS training requirements

Position Requirements

• Requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
