Job summary

Bosch USA in Roseville, CA is seeking a CapEx and Public Funding Controller to join a growing finance team. You will plan, budget, and forecast capital investments for the Roseville site and monitor budgets at the WBS level in SAP R/3.

You will coordinate public funding applications, ensure compliance, and prepare reporting for stakeholders while supporting month-end, forecasts, and long-term business planning. On-site role, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven business partner mindset.
• Hands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, planning, tracking, and forecasting of capital investment projects at the Roseville site.
• Monitor CapEx budgets, commitments, and expenditures at the WBS element level in SAP R/3.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, engineers, and procurement analysts on CapEx planning, approvals, and forecasting.
• Coordinate public funding applications, compliance activities, and reporting with governmental agencies and other stakeholders.
• Support month-end reporting, current forecast, and business planning activities in SAP and IBM Planning Analytics.
