Job summary

Cremer North America is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects in a GMP environment. Based in Cincinnati, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, plan scopes, budgets, and schedules, and drive engineering activities from concept through startup.

You will apply strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to deliver on-time, on-budget results while aligning with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across Operations and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of project engineering, project management, or related engineering experience in a chemical, consumer goods, or related manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and project management skills; high credibility at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and be responsible for capital project management from concept through startup.
• Coordinate plans, schedules, and engineering activities in GMP environments.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, resource plans, and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, specs, and site policies.
