Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Purchasing Manager, Capital Projects to lead CAPEX sourcing for a large-scale manufacturing operation in Summerville, SC. This highly visible role interfaces with senior leadership and owns capital procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing ~$50M annual CAPEX spend, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management to meet timelines and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in procurement focused on CAPEX spend.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, building materials, chemicals, mining, heavy industry, or related environments.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation: $130,000-$145,000 Base + Bonus

We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization seeking a Purchasing Manager, Capital Projects to support a large-scale industrial operation. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant exposure to senior leadership and direct ownership of capital procurement initiatives.

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing approximately $50M in annual capital project spend, supporting equipment, construction, and site expansion activities.
