KOS International Talent Group is seeking a seasoned Sr. Procurement Manager to lead CAPEX sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations in a fast-paced consumer/manufacturing environment.

You will partner with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to optimize costs, improve processes, and reduce category risks while developing a small procurement team. Strong negotiation and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, CAPEX preferred.
• Experience leading a procurement team.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and cost control.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP or procurement systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAPEX procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier management, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Manage projects for equipment, facilities, maintenance services, and indirect buying.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and category risks.
• Lead a small procurement team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure procurement practices comply with policies and regulations.
