Job summary

ASSPL - Karnataka - B56 in NCR is seeking a Procurement receiver with capex and construction procurement experience to optimize procurement and invoicing cycles. You will coordinate with multiple teams and key vendors to drive CAPEX tracking, including IT, facility upgrades, and safety materials.

You will ensure accurate goods receipts in the system, analyze discrepancies with Finance, and support budget tracking and commercial closure of POs and invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in procurement, receiving, warehouse material handling and store management.
• Experience with spend management tools (Coupa, Oracle, SAP) for buying, receiving and invoicing.
• Knowledge of commercial taxes & TDS.
• Ability to create dashboards, reports & trackers for invoices.
• Good communication skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PR/PO tracker for all projects.
• Coordinate with Projects site Security and Loss Prevention/PMC to gather daily goods data (Capex build-out, Capex 4M, IT and safety materials).
• Establish daily input mechanism from SLP to convert goods inward data to MS-Excel.
• Ensure goods are received in Coupa per SLA/SOP.
• Reconcile IOH reports with AP for projects; analyze root causes for finance reviews.
• Track budgets for all projects: budget vs actual and CAR.
• Close POs and invoices weekly with Site Finance.
• Raise trouble tickets, PRs and issue POs.
• Support vendor development for the region and improve payment experience.
• Provide training to other regions receivers and new hires.
• Follow up on advance payments and PBGs; coordinate with AP for payments.
