Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Capex engineering, Project Management and Ops Excellence Leader to join its team in Dekalb, IL. This role will oversee complex supply chain and capital projects that drive operational performance across distribution environments, shaping PM standards and improving execution discipline.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor future leaders, and ensure safe, productive delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma-related Project Management certification.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or operations excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in project leadership or operations excellence.
• CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro, or APICS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex supply chain projects to align with business objectives.
• Drive project execution within distribution centers to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
• Develop and maintain project management standards and methodologies for high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate project planning, refine project scope, and oversee development of project plans.
• Generate and execute communication plans to ensure project support across teams.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to future team leaders and provide training on project management tools.
• Author documentation and reports while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and safety regulations.
