Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Capex engineering, Project Management and Ops Excellence Leader to join its team in Dekalb, IL. This role will oversee complex supply chain and capital projects that drive operational performance across distribution environments, shaping PM standards and improving execution discipline.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor future leaders, and ensure safe, productive delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma-related Project Management certification.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or operations excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in project leadership or operations excellence.
• CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro, or APICS certifications are a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Capex engineering, Project Management and Ops Excellence Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex supply chain and capital project initiatives that support operational performance across distribution environments. The leader will shape project management standards, improve execution discipline, and help teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Strong cross-functional partnership, clear communication, and a focus on productivity, safety, and continuous improvement will be key to success.

Location: Dekalb, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $221,591 - $270,834 annually
