Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead strategic capital and engineering projects across its manufacturing network. You will oversee a team of Project Managers and partner with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and plant leadership to drive capacity expansion and manufacturing excellence.

The role demands deep experience in Food & Beverage/CPG manufacturing, strong CAPEX execution skills, and the ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years leading capital projects, engineering initiatives, or manufacturing ops in F&B/CPG.
• Requires 8+ years PM experience overseeing complex capital projects, budgets, schedules, contractors, cross-functional execution.
• Requires 5+ years leadership experience managing PMs, engineering teams, or technical project orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to execute strategic capital projects across facilities.
• Drive exeсution of large-scale CAPEX initiatives including plant expansions and packaging lines.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term capital planning aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with standards.
• Lead resource planning and project prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to minimize disruption and cost overruns.
• Establish and drive PM standards, tools, KPIs, and best practices across the org.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to project teams; foster a culture of execution.
