Job summary

Beacon Destinations on Cape Cod seeks a seasoned Director of Operations to run the day-to-day performance of our vacation rental portfolio and lay the operational groundwork for growth. This hands-on leader will ensure homes are inspection-ready, coordinate vendors, manage maintenance, and optimize processes to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the Cape Cod area.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive operations leadership experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or similar fast-paced service.
• Ability to travel between properties across the region.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Beacon Destinations' vacation rental portfolio across Cape Cod.
• Develop, improve, and document operational processes to support growth and excellence.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and vendor relationships to meet five-star standards.
• Coordinate onboarding for new properties and drive growth projects.
