Job summary

Beacon Destinations on Cape Cod is seeking a Property Caretaker to serve as the hands-on guardian of our vacation homes. You will perform inspections, light maintenance, and preventative upkeep to keep properties guest-ready and well maintained across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or property inspection.
• Vacation rental or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic home maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed inspections before guest and homeowner arrivals.
• Ensure homes are clean, safe and guest-ready.
• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs.
• Coordinate larger repairs with vendors and management.
• Respond to guest and homeowner questions and service requests.
• Support onboarding of new properties through inspections and setup.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Work across departments as needed.
