You will own the short‑form workflow, aiming to scale from 2 to 4 videos per day and 28+ videos per week, with a one‑week cadence and strict weekly deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a strong CapCut skillset, a solid portfolio of short‑form content, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of video editing experience for short-form content.
• Demonstrated mastery of CapCut.
• Strong portfolio of short-form videos.
• English fluency and sense of humor.
• Ability to work in a fully asynchronous, PST schedule.
• Experience editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-volume short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Scale production from 2 to 4 videos per day and 28+ per week.
• Transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready edits.
• Identify strongest moments and build compelling edits around them.
• Maintain momentum by removing pauses and low-value footage.
• Ensure clear beginning, progression and payoff in every video.
• Work within a fully asynchronous weekly cycle with Monday reception and Monday delivery.
