Job summary

Finch Plumbing, Inc. is a new fast growing company based in Orange County, CA, seeking an experienced foreman to supervise plumbing projects across residential, commercial and hospital settings.

The right candidate will be motivated, organized, and capable of running jobs in multiple fields while maintaining safety and quality. You will lead installations, repairs, and maintenance, coordinate crews, review blueprints, train junior staff, and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Basic computer skills, emails, timesheets etc.
• Bi-lingual a plus but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial and hospital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plumbing codes.
• Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbing staff.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues on-site.
• Use all plumbing related equipment, pro press, solder, drain cleaning, camera and line locator.
• Use all plumbing related material, copper, cast iron, abs, iron pipe, trac pipe etc.
• Work with water, gas, waste, vent, pumps, steam etc.
