This role partners closely with Operations, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Leadership teams to forecast workload demands, optimize staffing plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operation.
The analyst uses data‑driven decision‑making to balance customer demand, labor utilization, throughput, and operational efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
