As a Capability Development Analyst Lead, you will apply deep mission experience, operational insight, and strategic advisory skills to help defense clients solve complex air mobility operational challenges. Your background enables you to think critically, question assumptions, and deliver solutions that support mission success. You will bring strategic, tactical, and technical expertise in areas such as DOTMLPF, MDMP, and high‑level combatant command operations. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience serving as an Air Force mobility aircrew member
• 5+ years of experience researching, developing, testing, and integrating new capabilities into mission operations
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing Department of War technical programs
• Experience developing and presenting briefings and presentations to senior military and civilian audiences
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, clarifying and distilling technical information for non-technical audiences, and providing technical reports and updates to stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
