Job summary

The candidate will develop statements of need, evaluate processes, and assist in implementing a capabilities portfolio management approach across the organization. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of related experience.
• SECRET clearance required.
• Strong analytical and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with all management levels.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting, assessing, and exploring efforts to develop capabilities to refine processes.
• Develop problem statements and mission needs statements.
• Evaluate and evolve portfolio management into a capabilities portfolio management process.
• Collect and assess information to support capabilities-based portfolio management.
• Assist in change management, lead meetings, and capture minutes.
