The Mission and Capability Portfolio Analyst will analyze mission threads and capability portfolios to support integration and acquisition decisions at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience, US citizenship, and eligibility for Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant mission decomposition, mission-thread, operational-effects, capability-analysis, gap-analysis, or portfolio-review experience.
• Demonstrated ability to connect analysis to funding, acquisition, implementation, integration, or transition decisions.
• Strong structured analytical, written, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• United States citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready technical products.
