Job summary

Gerresheimer is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to independently coordinate deviations, monitor CAPAs and review 8D reports for accuracy. You will advise production on rework, evaluate blocked stock and supportcustomer complaints with a focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3-year technical training plus 4+ years in operational QA, strong QM knowledge, and good command of English. MES/SAP and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-year technical education plus at least 4 years in operational quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QM guidelines and QM systems.
• Understanding of production processes and manufacturing methods.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process internal deviations in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Monitor on-time processing of deviations and implement long-term CAPAs.
• Review 8D reports for accuracy: affected products, root cause, corrective actions, effectiveness.
• Advise production on rework or changes to processes.
• Evaluate blocked stock disposition (release, rework, scrapping).
• Support processing of customer complaints and continuous improvement initiatives.
