Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a quality-related environment.
• Specialized knowledge in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of testing and measurement technologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes in production environments.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and related tasks (discipline, appraisals, staff development).
• Ensure effective workforce planning (vacation and shift scheduling).
• Participate in personnel and CAPEX planning.
• Handle customer complaints and deviations.
• Drive area development and lead defined scope projects.
• Coordinate with internal/external interfaces (production, support, service, plant management).
• Ensure compliance with standards, legal requirements, and SOPs.
