The Opportunity

Capa Host

Who We Look For

We are seeking an individual to support in Capa, our Spanish-influenced cuisine rooftop steakhouse and bar, with prior experience in Food & Beverage. The role involves acting in a public relations capacity when promoting Four Seasons and being responsible for the guests’ first and last impression at Capa.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the reception area and entrance, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels
• Seat guests and parties at appropriate tables and times
• Assist department managers with training new employees as needed
• Work efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service

Minimum Requirements

• One year of experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment preferred
• One year of OpenTable/Guest Center experience preferred

Working Knowledge Requirements

• Know the layout and operations of the outlet, including menus, reservations, and policies
• Comply with PCI requirements
• Be familiar with the leadership team and operational hours
• Assist guests and team members proactively
• Understand signature dishes and basic food and cocktail recommendations
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and related policies
• Perform opening and closing duties, ensure sanitation and safety, and support guest relations
