Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Graduating December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Basic market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in the financial markets.
• Strong analytical and personal skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, business sense and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize in high‑pressure environments.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas recommended: Customer Service, Accounting, Financial Planning/Analysis, Data Entry

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in various capital markets areas, including Brokerage Operations, Front Office Trade Support, and Referential Data Management.
• Work alongside Operations professionals and gain exposure to different Capital Markets capabilities.
• Participate in a 10‑week program with practical training and mentorship.
