Qualifications

• Graduating December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Basic market knowledge and keen interest in financial markets.
• Strong analytical and personal skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, multi‑tasking and prioritization in high‑pressure environments.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge/experience in Customer Service, Accounting, Financial Planning/Analysis or Data Entry (helpful).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to COO Operations areas in Futures Commission Merchant (trading, clearing, client services, settlements, reporting).
• Work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on capital markets experience.
• Support various areas within Capital Markets and learn RBC capabilities.
