Job summary

Leidos is seeking multiple Cyber Analysts to support Connection Approval/Authorization to Connect efforts at Ft Meade, MD. Roles are primarily on-site with potential light telework at customer discretion.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, policy recommendations, and analyzing RMF/IA, MOAs/MOUs, and DISN connections while maintaining data integrity in CAO databases. Active clearance and IAM II/IAT II certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT II certification is required.
• Knowledge of National and DoD IT policy is required.
• Experience establishing and maintaining a process for evaluating software and documentation is preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality throughout the software life cycle and conduct formal/informal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support Connection Approval branch leadership with communication, deliverables, and documentation (briefings, white papers, SOPs, CONOPS, COOP Plans, and DISN CPG updates).
• Ensure compliance with DoD architectures, programs, and standards; develop and maintain SOPs/TTPS, and distribute memorandums.
• Develop and implement policies for compliance with Federal, DoD, and DISA policies (SAM, MPLS, RMF, Cloud connection approvals).
• Provide cybersecurity policy recommendations supporting DISA's governance and change management.
• Conduct IA compliance analysis and assess cybersecurity impact of DISN connections; review RMF packages and security agreements.
• Process and QA connection approval packages; resolve issues and ensure DoD policy compliance.
• Produce monthly performance metrics and weekly 30/60/90-day reports on expiring circuits.

Leidos is seeking multiple Cyber Analysts in Ft Meade, MD to support our Connection Approval / Authorization to Connect efforts. These positions are primarily on-site, but light, partial telework may be available at the discretion of our customer and program management.

Responsibilities

• Support Connection Approval branch leadership with communication, deliverables, and documentation, including briefings, white papers, SOPs, CONOPS, COOP Plans, and DISN CPG updates.
• Ensure compliance with DoD architectures, programs, and standards, developing and maintaining SOPs/TTPs, and distributing up to three memorandums annually.
• Develop and implement policies, plans, and SOPs for compliance with Federal, DoD, and DISA policies, including SIPRNet Access Migration (SAM), MPLS networks, RMF, and Cloud connection approvals.
• Provide cybersecurity policy recommendations supporting DISA's strategic planning, governance, and change management.
• Conduct IA compliance analysis and assess the cybersecurity impact of DISN connections, reviewing network packages, RMF Security Authorization Packages, and security agreements (MOAs/MOUs).
• Process and perform quality assurance on connection approval packages, resolving customer issues and ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
• Process connection packages, extract and deliver monthly performance metrics reports, and provide weekly 30/60/90-day reports on expiring circuit connections to CAO Government and JFHQ-DODIN personnel.
• Attend internal and external events, including governance boards and working groups, to provide meeting minutes and track action items.
• Maintain data integrity of CAO databases, managing organizational mailboxes, tracking MP metrics, and processing connection package correspondence using Government-approved systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred), and three (3) years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
• DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT II certification
• Knowledge and experience with functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy.
• Knowledge and experience with establishing and maintaining a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
• The ability to maintain the level of quality throughout the software life cycle.
• The ability to conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development lifecycle.

Pay Range

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
