Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in learning & development, communications, technology adoption, program management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of AI tools including large language model platforms and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience translating AI concepts into practical, business-ready content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders independently.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and working with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and drive CAO AI engagement and adoption strategy with a roadmap.
• Translate AI capabilities into actionable learning experiences and programs.
• Design executive-ready learning experiences (workshops, demos, office hours, briefings).
• Provide monthly updates on progress, deliverables, and initiatives.
• Create communications that drive awareness and participation.
• Engage with the CAO organization and AI Champions to address needs and governance.
• Establish measurement and reporting to refine programming and improvements.
• As capacity allows, participate in other CAO Business Management duties.
