Job summary

JPMorgan Wealth Management seeks a Senior Associate, CAO Artificial Intelligence Lead, to own AI adoption strategies across the CAO. You will translate evolving AI capabilities into actionable learning experiences and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver programs that boost adoption and productivity.

Responsibilities include designing executive-ready sessions, delivering monthly leadership updates, and embedding within CAO to surface high-impact use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in one or more of: learning & development, communications, technology adoption, program management, employee engagement, or related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools including LLM platforms, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI solutions; ability to translate AI concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and data storytelling.
• Strong program/project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and/or advanced experience with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint/Teams.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions and levels in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and drive CAO's AI engagement and adoption strategy with a roadmap of learning, communications, and programs.
• Stay current on AI trends and translate them into practical guidance and use cases for employees.
• Design and deliver executive-ready learning experiences (workshops, demos, office hours, leadership briefings).
• Provide monthly updates to leadership on progress and initiatives.
• Create communications to drive awareness, participation, and behavior change.
• Embed within CAO to identify needs and package high-impact use cases; collaborate with AI Champions.
• Establish measurement and reporting and use insights to refine programming.
• As capacity allows, engage in other CAO Business Management responsibilities.
