Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is seeking Direct Marketing Associates to engage homeowners, canvass neighborhoods, and generate high-quality leads for our award-winning brand. The role blends in-person outreach with the potential for substantial earnings through uncapped commissions and an hourly base.

Schedule includes 32.5–36 hours per week, typically Mon–Fri 11AM–6:00 PM, with paid training and ongoing coaching. Growth opportunities exist within our Non-Traditional Marketing team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Set hourly rate $24

Most team members average $25- $30 an hour

Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour

Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!
