Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, canvass neighborhoods, and generate high-quality leads across the region. You will represent a nationally recognized brand while promoting Renewal by Andersen windows and doors in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Expect an hourly base with uncapped bonuses and a strong earning potential. Typical weekly hours are 32.5–36, with top performers earning significant commissions and over six figures annually.

Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour

32.5 - 36 hours weekly
