Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte is seeking an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative to be the first impression in neighborhoods, talking with homeowners and setting appointments for the Sales Team.

You’ll work independently in active field roles, tracking progress with canvassing tech and learning foundational sales skills that open opportunities for advancement within the company.

As an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you are the first impression of Renewal by Andersen.

You’ll be:

• Going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
• Talking with homeowners (no hard selling)
• Creating interest and setting appointments for our Sales Team
• Tracking your activity using company-provided canvassing tech
• Learning sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles

This role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven the more consistent you are, the more you earn.
