Job summary

360 Painting is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Door Knockers/Canvassers. This role involves going door-to-door in designated areas to introduce painting services, gather leads, and generate interest. You will set up appointments for project consultants and manage leads in the CRM system.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, comfortable outdoors, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude. Flexible hours and commission-based pay are available, with branded apparel provided.

• Cover an assigned territory, often up to 200 houses per neighborhood per day.
• Distribute marketing collateral to potential customers.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
