360 Painting is seeking a Production Manager in the Loudoun and Fairfax counties to drive day-to-day operations, oversee crews, and ensure timely, high-quality repaint projects. You will recruit painters, manage schedules, and maintain materials at jobsites while controlling costs and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience
• Industry experience is a plus
• College degree preferred
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire painters
• Oversee crews and all aspects of production
• Ensure all necessary materials are at each jobsite daily
• Manage production schedule
• Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfaction
• Hold meetings with painters and staff to review safety policies, coaching, and goals
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience
• Serve as a daily point of contact for customers
• Control material and labor costs
• Collect payments from customers
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties
• Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance
• Report necessary information to President of 360 Painting

This person will be instrumental in the key day-to-day operations of our business as they will be managing all aspects of production. Key Responsibilities And Duties
