DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field team in door-to-door outreach, schedule inspections, and support the sales team. You’ll recruit, train, and coach canvassers, while staying active in the field to drive performance and earnings.

This leadership role emphasizes mentorship, recruiting, and hands-on supervision, with opportunities to advance as the team grows and company expansion continues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a canvass team to hit daily and weekly targets.

• Recruit new canvassers, conduct screenings, and onboard new hires.
• Track daily activities and coordinate with leadership on outreach.
• Safely operate a company van to transport canvassers as needed.
