DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, motivate a growing team, and drive field marketing success. You’ll knock doors with the crew, schedule inspections and estimates (no closing required), and recruit new members while developing your team’s skills.

Qualifications

• Available Monday– Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit new canvassers and help onboard and train them for success.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance; report to leadership.
