Job summary

The role involves field work with canvassers, travel, and training in-office and on-site, with a demanding schedule that includes evenings and weekends. They provide comprehensive job training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Must have access to personal transportation and provide proof of driver's insurance.
• Willing to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and management of canvassers in the field, including pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings.
• Work with the Project Leadership Team to implement, adjust, and improve the training program.
• Willing and able to work extended hours, with the expectation of 6-day, 60+ hour weeks including evenings and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
