DaBella is looking for a Canvass Manager in Chandler, AZ to lead a field canvass team and drive lead generation. You will recruit, train, and coach canvassers, while actively managing outbound door-to-door outreach and appointment setting with a high-energy, performance-driven culture.

The role requires outdoor work, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will report on metrics, grow professionally, and participate in a robust bonus program that rewards performance and growth.
