DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team across neighborhoods. You will recruit, train, and coach canvassers, drive lead-generation goals, and represent the company professionally in door-to-door outreach.

This active, outdoors role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in varied weather. Base salary is $60,000 with uncapped bonuses; typical monthly bonuses range from $1,500 to $3,000, with top performers earning more.
