Statewide Home Improvement is expanding in the Houston market, and we're seeking ambitious individuals for a Canvass Manager role. This position offers hands-on training and a clear path into management with uncapped earning potential.

You will generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, recruit and coach a canvassing team, and lead daily field operations while earning commissions and performance bonuses. Local travel and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or team leadership is preferred but not required.

• Schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, coaching, and team leadership.
• Train directly with experienced, high-performing managers.
• Develop expertise in territory planning, team performance, and daily field operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage your own canvassing team.
• Oversee daily field operations and team production.
• Earn management-level commissions, performance bonuses, and team overrides.
• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
• Weekly performance bonuses.
• Team overrides for additional earning potential.
• Clear, fast-track path into upper management.
• Paid training and ongoing leadership development.
