Proposed criteria for owner review: creators must live in the US and make original English-language content. Separately review audience‑location evidence for US viewers; residence alone is not proof, and missing evidence should be requested rather than treated as a mismatch. Review 3–10 available original portfolio videos for clear app demonstrations, readable screen recordings, understandable delivery and authentic personal content. No follower‑count, prior‑earnings, platform‑badge or previous‑campaign minimum; a small credible portfolio can be considered. Verify ownership of the linked account. Do not select repost/clip accounts or fabricated AI testimonials. Creators must demonstrate tracking tools without dosing advice, injection demonstrations, unsupported health claims or compound‑sales links. Lifestyle, productivity or wellness creators may qualify based on actual work and audience evidence; do not infer suitability from demographics. Each hire or rejection requires the owner's separate decision in Applications.
