Videos count toward performance payouts for 31 days after publication, including videos published before the payout period. The weekly limit is guaranteed. When your videos earn more than it in a week, the brand pays the rest separately, up to $1849.80 per video, once it has funded that amount. Proposed criteria for owner review: creators must live in the US and make original personal content on their own TikTok or Instagram accounts. Evaluate several actual videos for clear explanations, believable use and responsible health claims. Request audience-location evidence showing a primarily US audience; residence alone is not evidence. Missing portfolio or audience evidence requires clarification, not automatic rejection. Prefer ability to demonstrate an iPhone app accurately; personal lab results are not required. Follower counts, past earnings and niche history are not hard gates. Exclude repost accounts, fabricated testimonials, fear-based medical claims and diagnosis or cure promises. All hires and rejections require a separate owner decision in Applications. Usage rights for organic or paid reuse must be separately confirmed. English is a proposed US-market content assumption, not a saved owner preference.
