Videos count toward performance payouts for 31 days after publication, including videos published before the payout period. The weekly limit is guaranteed. Proposed criteria for owner review: creators must live in the US and make clear English-language videos. Review 3-10 available original videos for understandable hooks, genuine app demonstrations and readable screen recordings. Prefer evidence of a primarily US adult audience (more than half in the US where location analytics exist); residence alone is not audience proof. Ask for missing audience evidence rather than assuming a mismatch. Confirm ownership of the posting account and that the creator can explain the app accurately and protect personal information in demos. Exclude copied clips, AI-repost accounts and misleading surveillance or guaranteed-result claims. Follower count, previous earnings and niche history are not automatic gates; a thin portfolio can be considered if original work is convincing. Each hire or rejection remains the owner's separate decision in Applications.
