• Document the why behind every Multitasking decision, not just the what.
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls.
• Own one slice of the general mission end to end.
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review.
