Job summary

One World Global Services is seeking experienced Cantonese interpreters for fully remote work. You will provide real-time interpretation over calls, following a strict code of conduct, with a focus on healthcare terminology.

Candidates should be bilingual English-Cantonese with at least one year of interpreting experience, and possess strong communication, memory, and note-taking skills, plus a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Proficiency as bilingual or native in English and Cantonese.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.
• Excellent listening and memory retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally following interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary (healthcare/medical).
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
