Job summary

Canopy Dallas Frisco Station, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, oversee guest services, and drive revenue while cultivating a positive team culture.

This hands-on leader will supervise multiple departments, coach staff, ensure brand standards, manage costs, and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for guests at Frisco Station.

Qualifications

  • Five years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage, or a 4-year degree with 2–3 years, or a 2-year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
  • Supervisory background required.
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
  • Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple departments and drive profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff; develop employees through training programs.
