Job summary

Auberge Collection’s Mauna Lani property in Hawaii is seeking a CanoeHouse Back Server to help keep our flagship fine dining restaurant running smoothly. You will clear tables, assist servers, and deliver food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Training is provided and a positive attitude is valued. Prior back-server experience in a luxury environment is preferred. This casual, hourly role offers growth opportunities while delivering memorable hospitality to our guests.

Qualifications

• One year of public contact experience.
• TB Clearance and Food Handler Certificate required.
• CPR and/or First Aid training preferred.
• High school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of CanoeHouse dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Provide hospitality that enhances guest experience.
