BD is seeking a production associate in USA NE – Columbus to prepare, organize and move Cannula department products. You’ll follow BD quality systems, safety regulations, and work on the shop floor with teammates to ensure timely material flow.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or two years manufacturing experience, and must be able to operate forklifts safely. This is an on-site role with opportunities to build skills in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet production standards and quality requirements.
• Check material batches.
• Segregate material into sub lots.
• Ensure LPs are not mixed on cart.
• Take daily inventory for product flow.
• Maintain floor cleanliness in the department.
• Dump waste/scrap cannula barrels as needed.
• Conduct grind stone inventory, stock grind stones.
• Prepare beads for grind floor.
• Wrap H1000 Safety Stock Pallets.
• Safely operate electric forklifts and related equipment; obtain forklift certification.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
