Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Canning Crewleader in Wisconsin for the on-site Canning Department. The role provides frontline leadership, skilled maintenance, and troubleshooting of canning equipment while ensuring safety, food safety, and production goals are met.

You will train seasonal staff and coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, can work rotating shifts, and can communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership for seasonal employees in the canning department.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience leading workers and providing training and direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day work direction and frontline leadership to seasonal staff.
• Coordinate activities based on production needs and safety procedures.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of canning equipment to ensure uptime.
